# How VaultScribe works

VaultScribe is pre-release. This page describes what it is being built to do. Contact: hello@vaultscribe.app

## What it does: six things, in one private workspace

1. **One command center.** Matters, conversations, documents, deadlines and time live in one workspace, with every meeting as a page. Walled matters stay invisible to everyone not on them.
2. **An agent that does the work.** Ask once and get one cited answer across everything you may see. Draft in your firm's templates, run workflows on a schedule, and let outside agents in only where you approve.
3. **Connected to everything, leaking nothing.** Start with your contacts, calendars and walls on day one, then connect the systems and research services your firm already uses. Everything is read under the matter's walls.
4. **Voice everywhere.** Ask, search, navigate and draft by voice. Dictate into Word and Outlook. Anything that can't be undone, such as sending or deleting, waits for your click.
5. **Captures every conversation.** Calls, meetings, depositions and in-person rooms, without a bot, with speaker names, consent records and live translation.
6. **Built for how firms work.** Walls, retention and holds, audit, your branding, and several ways to deploy, from one laptop to a firm server. Your logo and letterhead are on every export.

VaultScribe has not yet had an independent security audit. Speed, accuracy and language figures will be published only after testing.

## Questions

**Can I buy or download it today?** No. VaultScribe is pre-release. There is no installer and nothing to buy yet.

**Where does our data live?** On your firm's own machines or server. Nothing leaves unless an administrator allows it, and every outside request appears in a log.

**Can it run offline or air-gapped?** It is built to. There is no account and no phone-home, and the license works offline. Connectors and cloud models need a connection and are off by default. The independent security audit and penetration test happen before launch.

**Is this an autonomous agent?** For the work, yes. You give it a directive and it connects your sources, gathers what is relevant, puts it together and drafts the result, without you walking it through each step. It stops before anything that can't be undone. Sending, deleting, sharing and exporting wait for a person's click, and a lawyer reviews what it produces.

**Does it replace our court reporter or give us a certified record?** No. Transcripts are machine transcripts and are not certified.

**Will there be a mobile app?** It is planned, and it is not available.
